Do you ship kittens via cargo?
Yes, we do ship via cargo. We prefer direct flights only and will work closely with families to make it happen. Please note that cargo shipping is seasonal by departure city: from November 1 to March 31, cargo must depart from Calgary due to temperature restrictions. From April 1 to October 31, cargo may depart from either Saskatoon or Calgary. We will never ship a kitten on a flight we are not comfortable with.
When are your next kittens available?
We have kittens on the ground from Sylphrena's current April 2026 litter, and we are planning a second litter with Sylphrena × Charlie for September 2026. Join our priority list to be notified before anything is posted publicly.
What health testing do you perform?
All our breeding cats are DNA tested via Wisdom Panel, which screens for HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy), SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease), and additional genetic markers. We also perform regular echocardiograms on all breeding cats, and evaluate for Hip Dysplasia via Pawpeds at 10 months of age. Full details are on our Information page.
